My passion for helping clients reach their financial goals is rooted in seeing that happen in my own family. An Edward Jones financial advisor helped my wife and I assist our children financially through college, pay down debt and create a vision for our retirement.

Andi is a native of Urbandale, and started assisting in brand launches after her time at ISU, in 2009. The journey brought her to Los Angeles, Miami and eventually home to the Midwest-Best; Des Moines.

I opened Creative DSM to continue helping others launch their dreams, and to get involved in the community. When I’m not strategizing SEO, I am a mom, traveler, sushi connoisseur and a $3 wine fan.

I was born and raised in central Iowa, but moved away long enough to appreciate the midwestern values.

I am a Grand View University graduate, and small business owner in several Des Moines suburbs, so I have a vested interest in seeing the community prosper.

My husband, Andy, and I reside in Johnston. We have four children: Drew (15), Alyx (8), Ryah (6) & JJ (2). We spend a lot of time in the fall & winter cheering on the Grand View Vikings football and Iowa Energy basketball programs.

I'm Matt Christiansen and I've lived in Des Moines my whole life. I love and believe in my community and aim to be a positive contributor to it as it has been to me. That is the main reason I chose to work for Big Roofing. Big Roofing is a local company with local people making sure local Iowans are happy for years to come with any service we provide. We take care of our neighbors.

I am the owner of Dog Training Elite, a professional dog training company that provides basic and advanced obedience and service and therapy dog training services. As a formal social worker I could see the impact that service and therapy dogs had on their handlers and their communities. I was able to combine my two passions, animals and connecting with people, in one business! 

Hello! My name is Andrew Cowden, Owner of Keystone Home Inspections. I have an extensive background in residential construction and remodeling, and have been in business since 2016. Purchasing a home is most likely the largest purchase that most people will make and I'm excited to help them make an INFORMED and EDUCATED decision! Curvin has joined Comparion Insurance Agency, a Liberty Mutual Company, in August 2022 as a Sales Representative offering Personal & Casualty Insurance as well as Life Insurance. Curvin's goal is to understand his customers needs and align them with the proper products and coverage they deserve; knowing their property and families are protected against uncertainty in the event of a loss. 

Christy Jones is a long-standing Urbandale resident, business owner and community leader. Currently, Christy is a successful business coach with the Accelerate ActionCOACH team.
 
 

Ann Riesberg is a board-certified licensed massage therapist, who was born and raised in Iowa. Ann attended La' James International College in 2011 where she studied massage therapy. She continues her education centered around orthopedic massage modalities.
Ann started her career in small town Iowa and in 2013 her family sold their home which gave them a great opportunity to move to Des Moines. She worked for a franchise for a while and knowing that she wanted to build her own business she moved on quickly. She opened her own private practice in 2014, and worked as a medical massage therapist at a chiropractic clinic. In spring of 2020 Ann joined Active Edge as an associate therapist, working hard and becoming partner-therapist in spring of 2021.
While in high school, Ann achieved her Silver and Gold award in Girl Scouts. Ann continues her community service through her church and the Urban Bicycle Ministry.

Since 2004, Tiffany Menke, IOM, has been the President of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce. She has served on the boards of and is a Past President/Past Chair of ICCE, CITR, and IMA.  She currently represents Iowa on the MACE Board of Directors and serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Council through the Greater Des Moines Partnership as well as participates in a pilot program through the Evelyn K Davis center to mentor exoffenders.

In 2017, Tiffany was honored as a Woman of Influence through the Des Moines Business Record. Other honors include 40 under 40, and Ovation award from the Iowa Women's Foundation. She grew up in Newton and went on to Grand View University in Des Moines where she earned a degree in Mass Communications, Journalism and a minor in Photography.
