Some of the roles within the chamber include: Chair of Ambassadors (2005-2006, now known as the Connectors), Total Resource Campaign, Sample Urbandale/Celebration of Business, Board of Directors (2007-2012) and as Board Chairman in 2012. Susan returned to Board of directors in 2016 and is currently fulfilling her own 3 year term as a director.
She serves on the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) committee for the City of Urbandale (2013-present), served on the board for the Caring Corps and is a graduate of Leadership Urbandale.
Susan is an independent sales rep for Superior Printing & Promotions working with various business to help them brand their businesses through promotional products and apparel.

Matt Nuetzman has served on the Urbandale Chamber Board since 2012, and is the 2016 Board Chairman. In 2011, Matt helped launch the genYP Program and later served as genYP Chairperson, and has volunteered and led many Chamber programs since first joining in 2009. In addition to his role with the Urbandale Chamber, Matt is Director of Business Development at Aureon HR, a Human Resources services provider. Matt is also a member of the Business Record's Forty Under 40 (2012), and he and his wife Sheena live in Urbandale.

Andy Richardson has been a member of the Urbandale Chamber since 2012. During the time Andy has been with the Urbandale Chamber he has been a Connector, served on the Gen YP Board leading the Professional Development Committee and began serving on the Urbandale Chamber board in 2017. Andy is employed with Electronic Engineering where he consults with his clients to develop two-way radio communication, video security, access control, GPS telematics and other wireless solutions. Outside of work Andy serves on the City of Urbandale Parks and Recreation commission and enjoys golfing and bowling. Andy and his wife Nicole live in Urbandale with their two daughters.

Since 2004, Tiffany Menke, IOM, has been the President of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce. She has served on the boards of and is a Past President/Past Chair of ICCE, CITR, and IMA. She currently represents Iowa on the MACE Board of Directors and serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Council through the Greater Des Moines Partnership as well as participates in a pilot program through the Evelyn K Davis center to mentor exoffenders.
In 2017, Tiffany was honored as a Woman of Influence through the Des Moines Business Record. Other honors include 40 under 40, and Ovation award from the Iowa Women's Foundation. She grew up in Newton and went on to Grand View University in Des Moines where she earned a degree in Mass Communications, Journalism and a minor in Photography.

Before GVU, she had 9 years experience in Sales & Marketing in the hotel industry. She is married to Timothy Hanrahan and share two children, Cailin (age 15) and Adilia (age 5) and resides in Des Moines.
