I started out as a grocery clerk at Fareway in Waverly and later opened the new Cedar Falls store in 1997. Nabisco (later Kraft Foods) brought me to the Des Moines metro when I took a sales job with them in 2002. After that, I managed a sales and marketing company contracted by the Des Moines Register which brings me to today where I proudly work for Big Green Umbrella Media and sell for The Iowa Living Magazines.
I enjoy playing and watching baseball. This year will be my sixth season playing in the Mid-Iowa Baseball League (2015 All-Star), and I am the biggest Atlanta Braves fan on this side of the Mississippi.

I am an Iowa native who was born and raised in Des Moines and a proud graduate of East High School! Real estate has always been a dream of mine so I earned my license in 2011 and enjoyed serving clients until 2014. Since then I have been on the mortgage/finance side of the business and received my loan originator license in the fall of 2017. I have learned so much about the financing and what goes on behind the scenes during a real estate transaction. I am so excited to be back at real estate and know that the knowledge I have gained will be a great asset to serve my clients and make sure their transaction is as worry free as possible! I look forward to teaming up with you and helping make your dreams come true! I currently reside in Urbandale with my two daughters, Lucy and Gwen. If I am not working, I am with them doing things around town, going to the movies, spending time with family and baking yummy desserts!
I grew up in Dayton Ohio, went to college in Wisconsin, and moved to Des Moines in 2011. I have a 3 year old son named Jaxson and 5 year old daughter named Kaitlyn. In my spare time I love spending time with my kids or riding my Harley everywhere. I have worked a lot of jobs including landscaping, library, maintenance, industrial food batching, road construction, as well as overseas volunteer work. Before banking I was a salesman for 6 years. I've sold residential HVAC, life insurance, and furniture. Now I manage the retail side of the bank inside the Urbandale Hy-Vee. I spend a good portion of my time developing relationships with local business in order to be an asset to their financial needs; whether its deposits, LOCs, merchant capture, ACH, or any other business banking need, I love to help direct in any way I can.

Yes, we swear sometimes, we laugh all the time, and without shame, we can admit we cried when we watched the Notebook.
But at the end of the day, we find that when we close a deal, we also make a new friend.
