How to Join a Webex Meeting
If this is your first time using Webex, please plan to join the meeting five minutes early to allow time to get Webex set-up.
1. Click the meeting link.
2. Download the Webex desktop application when prompted. Webex may ask you to download an application to access the meeting.
3. Sign-in to Webex. Simply enter your first and last name and your email to join the meeting.
4. Click "Join Meeting". Webex will automatically connect your audio and video. We encourage the use of video to have more interaction between attendees. You may also choose to call into the meeting using the call-in information provided above if you do not have a microphone on your computer.
5. Introduce yourself! We will ask you to introduce yourself upon joining the meeting. After, please mute your audio using the Mute/Unmute button. This helps guard against audio feedback.

Description
Due to COVID-19 concerns, the genYP Membership Committee meeting will be held virtually until further notice.
This is the monthly meeting for those on the genYP Professional Development committee. This committee focuses on information and events pertinent for young professionals as they look to grow personally and professionally. The committee meets the second Tuesday of each month at 2 pm at Urbandale Chamber Office.
Commitee Members should help with the following:
-Ideas for new professional development events and corrections/improvments for currently shceduled events
-Find volunteer speakers for events such as: CEO Round Table and Branding Yourself as a Professional Series.
-Facilitate on-going functions of the Mentorship Program
-Share feedback from attended events

Co-Chairs are responsible to implement ideas brought up to the group and communicate ideas to the Urbandale Chamber and Leadership team
