The Urbandale Chamber of Commerce invites members of any Metro Affiliate Chamber to join us for our Regional Luncheon.  Listen to great speakers and network with individuals from all over Des Moines!

 We are thrilled to welcome Jill Olson and DeLayne Hebert to present "Millennials and their Generational Differences."  With the possibility of five generations working along-side each other in the workplace, can problems be created which affect productivity of workers?  What are the life-defining events that provide the paradigms from which we work?  What are the attitudes toward work and career?  The motivators?  How do you “talk” to all of them?
We’ve heard a lot about millennials in the workplace.  This interactive session will delve into this generation: the value they bring, how to recruit them, how to engage them to ensure productivity, and how to leverage their assets while minimizing the quirks we hear so much about.  

Jill Olson is an Adjunct Professor at Kaplan University and a Private Consultant at The Results Group.  DeLayne Hebert is a Sales Representative with The Results Group.

Deadline to register is July 18th at 12:00 pm. Any registration that comes in after this deadline will be put on a waiting list and billed an additional $5 (if space allows). Prepayment is highly encouraged and appreciated.
Reservations not kept will be billed.

Registrations must be canceled the day prior to the luncheon by 12 pm in order to receive a credit. If not, you will still be billed. All cancellations must be made over the phone to ensure staff is aware of your cancellation. Thank you.
