MOXIE (Member Owners eXchange Information & Experience) is a group of member business Owners/Presidents who meet monthly with Christy Jones, Clarity Business Coaching, to discuss issues impacting their businesses. All member Business Owners/Presidents are invited to participate.  Everyone must sign a confidentiality clause.

In this focused, collaborative workshop, Rob will introduce simple, practical tools from the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) to help business owners gain clarity, control, and Traction®.

Attendees will learn how to:

• Delegate responsibilities with confidence and free up their time

• Keep projects on track and drive them to successful completion

• Identify their next key hire—and set them up to win

• Clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision

The session is designed for growth-minded business owners who are ready to move from working in their business to leading it with greater focus and discipline, and will leave with actionable tools they can implement immediately.

Rob’s Bio:

Rob’s passion is helping business owners achieve their dreams and get what they want out of their business. He grew up in the family ag business and later helped an entrepreneur transition from a distribution operation in California into a successful international electrical component manufacturing company in Iowa. In 2014, Rob started his own company helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses through strategic planning, organizational development, and ISO management systems. To date, he has assisted over 70 companies. Today, Rob implements EOS® and enjoys helping owners and leadership teams truly get a grip on their business. Rob primarily works throughout the central U.S. and lives near Des Moines, Iowa, with his wife, Rhonda.
