MOXIE (Member Owners eXchange Information & Experience) is a group of member business Owners/Presidents who meet monthly with Christy Jones, Clarity Business Coaching, to discuss issues impacting their businesses. All member Business Owners/Presidents are invited to participate.  Everyone must sign a confidentiality clause.

This month we are featuring an alternative to the fully insured health insurance plan. In our discussions, we will explore the level self-funded alternative and the savings that can be realized regarding premium dollars with this type of plan design. With no extra employer risk and a chance of a partial refund of unused claims fund dollars, many employers have turned to this model to provide a quality employee benefits plan at a lower cost.
