Jason has been studying personal, professional and leadership development for over 17 years. His roles as a business coach, business owner, diversity trainer and leadership and talent development manager have given him unique experiences and understanding of people and business. Today he travels across the United States working with leaders and managers; helping them enhance their emotional, social and leadership intelligence.
Emotional Intelligence is today’s survival of the fittest. Those who can adapt to people and situations as needed will achieve greater success and enjoy a higher quality of life. Research shows that each of us has a dominant pattern of behavior (DPB), each with its own set of characteristics, security and confidence needs, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities for growth and stress triggers. Understanding our own DPB will enhance our emotional intelligence; allowing us greater control over our actions and reactions. Understanding the DPB of others will enhance our social intelligence; giving us greater objectivity, empathy, and appreciation with others. Enhancing our emotional and social intelligence allows us to adapt to people and situations as needed; leading to greater success for everyone involved.

1.  Describe yourself in six words; three positive and three negative.
2. If you had to commit to being over the next 12 months that would enhance your quality life, what would you commit to “BEING”.
3. At the end of your life, how do you hope people will describe your impact on them and the world around you?

• Deadline to register is 3:00 p.m. on May 13.  Any registration that comes in after this deadline will be put on a waiting list and billed an additional $6 (if space allows).
