Every month members of the Urbandale Chamber come together to network, enjoy lunch and listen to a speaker to learn about happenings in Urbandale and around the Greater Des Moines Area.  

Dr. Melissa Billings from Vision Park Family Eye Care would like to share some important information regarding the blue lights that we are exposed to daily!

LIZ HOLLAND
Chief Executive Officer
Liz Holland is the Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel of Abbell Associates. Liz is responsible for overseeing all business and legal matters, including development, financing, leasing, capital and construction projects, and investor and tenant relations.

Active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Liz served as the first Vice-Chairman (2015-2016); Chairman (2016-2017) and currently serves as the Past Chairman on the Executive Board and the Board of Trustees.  In addition to ICSC, Liz is also a member of the Real Estate Roundtable and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) - Commercial & Retail Council - Blue. In February 2017, Liz became a Trustee of Federal Realty Investment Trust (FRT). In January 2018, Liz joined the Board of VICI Properties, Inc. (VICI), a gaming and hospitality real estate company.

  • Deadline to register is 3:00 p.m. on March 8.  Any registration that comes in after this deadline will be put on a waiting list and billed an additional $5 (if space allows).
  • Prepayment is highly encouraged and appreciated.
  • Reservations not kept will be billed.

Registrations must be canceled by 12 pm on March 11 to receive credit. Non-cancellation will result in being billed for the luncheon as we have to provide our host business a guaranteed number of attendees prior to our arrival. All cancellations must be made over the phone to ensure staff is aware of your cancellation. These conversations will be followed up with a confirmation email. Thank you.
