The month of July we will welcome Mayor Bob Andeweg to speak on behalf of the City of Urbandale. Mayor Andeweg will provide an update on the state of the city, informing attendees about the year in general so far, updates on projects, old and new business regarding the city.

Please note:
- The deadline to register is 5 p.m. on Friday, July 7. Any in-person registration that comes in after this deadline will be charged $35 for registration.
- Prepayment is highly encouraged and appreciated.
- Reservations not kept will be billed.
- Registrations must be canceled by 5 pm on Friday, July 7 to receive credit.
- Non-cancellation will result in being billed for the lunch, as we have to provide our host business a guaranteed number of attendees prior to our arrival.
- All cancellations must be made over the phone to ensure the staff is aware of your cancellation. These conversations will be followed up with a confirmation email.
