The Urbandale Police Department will present to our group on Active Shooter training (ALICE training). ALICE Training was established by a former police officer. Fifteen years later, ALICE Training continues to be the leading active shooter training for police and law enforcement thanks in large part to the law enforcement community. Police officers know the volatile dangers of any aggressive intruder and active shooter event. These attacks can happen unexpectedly and produce devastating outcomes within a few short minutes making even the fastest law enforcement response-time futile. Police officers understand the necessity of teaching proactive safety and response tactics to citizens.

- The deadline to register is 5 p.m. on Friday, May 5. Any in-person registration that comes in after this deadline will be put on a waiting list and billed an additional $10 (if space allows).
- Prepayment is highly encouraged and appreciated.
- Reservations not kept will be billed.
- Registrations must be canceled by 5 pm on Friday, May 5 to receive credit.
- Non-cancellation will result in being billed for the lunch as we have to provide our host business a guaranteed number of attendees prior to our arrival.
- All cancellations must be made over the phone to ensure the staff is aware of your cancellation. These conversations will be followed up with a confirmation email.
