When you joined the Urbandale Chamber, you received a complimentary membership into the Greater Des Moines Partnership. The Greater Des Moines Partnership is the economic and community development organization serving Central Iowa, united to drive economic growth with one voice, one mission, and as one region. During this Meet the Chamber we’ll have Senior Vice President of Regional Business Development Meg Schneider on hand to discuss a wide range of tools designed to help your business and workforce grow. Topics will include:
- Regional marketing tools such as the online Business Directory
- Regional workforce recruitment assistance including an online job/resume database
- Business resources like Look Local First and online business tools
- Regional advocacy in public policy at the local, state and national levels
- Simplified administration of regional work to eliminate program duplication/competition
- Regional activities raising our community quality of life and national economic standing
