KEY in Des Moines stands for Keeping Educated Youth in Des Moines.  It is a program connecting employers with area colleges and universities for workforce attraction.  Every other month the group hosts free educational sessions.  KEY in Des Moines is a division of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce.
At this month’s KEY meeting, our speakers will discuss the value justice-impacted individuals bring to the workforce and why recruiting from this often untapped labor pool can be an excellent option for employers across a variety of sectors.
Featured Speakers:
Richelle Seitz, Workforce Program Coordinator – Reentry, Iowa Workforce Development and Joy Esposito, Assistant Director, Evelyn K. Davis Center for Working Families
