This month's Central Iowa Business Academy is a Leadership session. The Leadership track of this series focuses on topics relevant to those who work in a team-oriented setting, whether that be entry level or intermediate. The topics presented will help individuals build confidence to become better employees, team members, and business people.

Just like a marriage, it takes two to tango and both parties have to compromise on occasion for there to be a lasting partnership. Learn about their unique roles and goals and how to communicate, collaborate and align these similar yet very distinct departments.
Jennifer Simpson Simpson Sales Solutions Jennifer is a wife, mother, 20-year quota crushing sales leader, sales consultant, coach, and EmpowerMentor with plenty of been-there-done-that and a lets-not-do-that-again life experience to share. Jennifer's extensive media and marketing experience helps emerging entrepreneurs, corporate gamechangers, and sales leaders remove revenue roadblocks, cut sales sludge, and mitigate marketing misfires getting in the way of winning. Her EmpowerMentor mission helps overwhelmed entrepreneurs, exhausted executives, and stressed sales producers uncover and unleash their natural sales superpowers using a combination of tactical training, practical application, and emotional support.
