With that in mind\, the Chamber proudly offers the Urbandale Chamber Manager's Boot Camp. Being a manager can require a new set of skills. The Urbandale Chamber of Commerce Manager's Boot Camp is aimed at emerging leaders who have been given the opportunity to manage others. This series builds on the current skills attendees have and provides a survival kit of essential management skills. We have partnered with ATW Training Solutions as our training partner.
