DESCRIPTION:CultureALL is thrilled to partner with the River Center again this year to bring you a taste of the Loire Valley along with the delicious flavors of black pork and black wine: Porc & Pino Noir!\n\n\n\nThe event features Cinta Senese Black Italian heirloom Pork preparations by visiting Loire Valley French chefs\, plus rare never before\, never again Pinot Noir wine introduced by John Balletto\, owner of Bolletto Vineyards\, Winemaker Anthony Beckman\, and National Sales Director Nick Frey.\n\n\n\nThe evening includes a French cooking demonstration of winning recipes from the 2018 Concurs Loire Valley Chefs Association France\, made possible through a partnership with the  Iowa Culinary Institute. The Chefs will demonstrate and then sample Porc preparations for your enjoyment.
