He's a published author\, speaks at marketing conferences around the country\, has been cited by publications like USA Today\, and has led web projects for clients like Spalding Sports Equipment\, NAPA Autoparts\, and the NFL.\n		\n		\n			\n			Renee Hardman\, West Des Moines City Councilwoman\, Member at Large & CEO\, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa\n\n			Renee Hardman is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa\, a premiere mentoring organization that provides one-to-one mentoring relationships between children and adults. Renee has been defending the potential of youth for over 30 years serving as mentor\, Big Sister of the Year and former Board member of BBBSCI and numerous other Boards. Renee is also an at-large West Des Moines Councilwoman and Mayor Pro Tem. She earned her undergraduate and MBA degree from Drake University.  Her service to young people is unmatched.  She has been recognized through many awards such as her induction into Iowa Women Hall of Fame and her most recently being the 2020 Forty Under 40 Alumna of the Year.\n		\n		\n			\n			Bev Hutney\, CEO\, The Stelter Company\n\n			Bev Hutney is chief executive officer for The Stelter Company\, a marketing services firm that supports more than 1\,500 nonprofits nationwide in raising planned gifts. Founded in 1962\, the Stelter Co. employs more than 85 workers and has nearly 1\,500 clients. Since joining the company in 1998\, Hutney has held several critical positions\, most recently as chief operating officer. As creative director\, she played a major role in shifting the trajectory of the company\, taking it from a direct mail vendor to a strategic partner providing custom multichannel marketing services. \n		\n		\n			\n			Dave Leto\, President\, Palmer Group\n\n			Dave grew up in Des Moines and attended the University of Northern Iowa and earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies in 1999.  Dave started his career in Chicago working in the healthcare staffing and placement business. Dave was promoted at a young age to lead the pharmacy staffing business nationally for a large medical staffing company.  After five great years in Chicago\, he and his wife decided to move home to Des Moines.  Dave joined Palmer Group in 2004 and has held multiple roles in his 16 years with the company.  Currently serving as President\, Dave is responsible for leading the operations and strategy for Palmer Group and its nearly 80 internal employees. \n		\n		\n			\n			Gary Meyer\, Co-Founder\, Friedrichs Coffee\n\n			Gary Meyer is a small batch Artisan roaster with a mission to showcase award-winning coffees to baristas throughout the specialty coffee industry.
