Finally\, we'\;ll show you how to conduct a difficult conversation that leads to improved relationships and increased productivity. Libby brings experience in different training topics including\, but not limited to\, supervision and management\, customer service\, communication skills\, workplace etiquette\, and sales. \;

\n Libby holds a bachelor'\;s degree from Simpson College an a master'\;s degree in Adult Learning and Organizational Performance from Drake University. \;
