About Us

John has more than 12 years of experience in sports medicine and rehabilitation. After
achieving his Bachelor of Exercise Science-Athletic Training degree from Central
College, he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University. John
enjoys working with a wide range of patient populations and specializes in functional
exercises to return patients to optimal levels of function. Certified in Functional
Movement Screen (FMS), John utilizes Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
(IASTM), Kinesio Taping®, and joint mobilization techniques.
