Customer Service/ Project Coordinator
· Customer Service-handling the flow of customers in the store, ringing sales, answering questions and taking walk-in orders.
· Taking email/phone/ web orders and coordinating details between customer and production.
· Providing timely price quotes when necessary.
· Creating customer invoices.
· Coordinating customer pick up or Delivery.
· Assisting with production work as needed.
· Previous customer service experience is a must.
· Must have ability to multi-task
· Print/design experience beneficial but not required
· Knowledge of Adobe software, Microsoft office helpful.
