Job Description
Our downtown client is searching for a sharp Product Administrator on a direct hire basis. In this position, the Product Administrator will be working closely with product managers in the development & tracking of products through reports, coordinating product calendars, and providing communication on product updates.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Gather competitor and industry research and prepare reports
  • Prepare data from consumer surveys, product performance and industry insights
  • Track competitor activity and communicates market position with Product Administrators
  • Work closely with product mangers to evaluate and report key success factors
  • Communicate to internal key stakeholders product design and maintenance impact updates
  • Act as back up to product manager to ensure correct product implementation process
  • Assist with testing accurate product plan
  • Work closely with product project manager to establish product timeline and delivery to coordinate with overall product calendar and corporate project lists.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the accurate understanding, reporting and delivery of products and services



Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or insurance
  • Three years of relevant industry experience
  • Basic knowledge of industry practices, guidelines and standards related to product development
  • Strong aptitude for gathering and displaying multiple pieces of data
  • General understanding of industry sales and marketing philosophies, distribution structures, and competitive positioning
  • Working knowledge of market research methods of obtaining information about competitors, establishing contacts and developing plans
  • Strong analytical, writing and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday
