Job Description
Our reputable insurance industry client is looking to add an Office Assistant on a temp to hire basis. This is a great team environment, and very family oriented. We are looking for candidates with a high-level of attention to details, ability to prioritize, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Duties:
  • Perform system search to determine if submission/customer is already on file.
  • Print updated submission documents
  • Process new customer file in company systems
  • Print submission documents
  • Route tasks to Account Executives
  • Upload policy issuance documents to online rating system
  • Other Administrative duties as assigned
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Detailed-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work and to perform multiple tasks concurrently
  • Works independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication with others

Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday
