Job Description
Palmer Group is partnered with a Des Moines area banking and financial institution in their search for an Office Assistant to join their team on a contract to hire basis. Duties Include:
  • Coordinate communication and action between the agent / realtor
  • Assign an eviction attorney to handle the matter
  • Receive updates from the attorney and forward that information to the agent
  • Inspect the property every other week
  • Update the system by completing a task in your manage screen
  • Manage multiple tasks as assigned on a daily basis
  • 6+ months experience in customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 / hour
Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday
