Job Description
Our downtown Des Moines client is looking for detail oriented Annuity New Business Coordinators. The qualified candidates will join their team on a temporary basis. The right candidate will provide support to the Annuity New Business team by preparing paper work and placing calls to carriers. Duties Include:
  • Prepare transfer paperwork and letter of acceptance to other carriers
  • Complete follow up calls to other carriers
  • Provide back up support to the receptionist, including mailing packages
  • Develop a proper business flow among business units
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a service center, sales support team, or other industry experience preferred
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes, procedures, and software tools

Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday
