Job Description
We are partnered with our client as they search for an Administrative Assistant. Candidates must have previous health insurance administrative experience, and health insurance licensing is preferred. This position will be providing support to one of the partners through administrative tasks, understanding different products offered, and communicating with clients about products. This is a temp to hire opportunity. 

  • Answer calls from clients and greet clients as they arrive.
  • Utilize Excel to enter proposals into spreadsheets and do various items
  • Maintain an understanding of all the products offered so they are able to answer questions and communicate with clients
  • Answer calls and greet clients as they arrive
  • Various other administrative tasks as requested
  • Previous experience in the health insurance world required
  • If not already licensed, must be willing to become licensed within 30 days of start (client will support licensing)
  • Personable and warm personality; customer service mindset
  • Self-starter, resourceful
  • College degree preferred
  • 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
