Lisa has been the Projector Coordinator at Iowa Sign Company for over 6 years. She graduated from Grand View University in 2009 with a B.A. in Graphic Design/Journalism. Before Grand View, she had 9 years experience in Sales & Marketing in the hotel industry. She is married to Timothy Hanrahan whom they share two children, Cailin (age 22) and Adilia (age 11) and resides in Des Moines. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, exercising, traveling, photography and designing. To keep her creative juices flowing, she does freelance design and photography. 

Helping my clients/friends take the next step in their life is my mission in life. As a real estate professional I love to work with home buyers and sellers who are ready to buy their first house, or their "forever" house, or sell a home that is no-longer working for their current needs and lifestyle so they can move on.  Although I do specialize in working with seniors and empty nesters, I love helping all clients at important junctures in their lives--  finding the home that works for them and their desired life style. My style is to work in a partnership with my clients. I recently returned to Des Moines after living in Holland, Michigan for 9 years.  I work with corporations and organizations to raise funds for Food Bank of Iowa. We are in 55 counties in Iowa and have 700 partners including pantries, school pantries, veterans and senior programs, youth services and backpack programs for elementary students.  Right now, food insecurity is at record levels.  Iowa is among three states which saw the largest increase (44.6%) in the number of food-insecure people in Feeding America's latest "Map the Meal Gap" report.  15.4% of Iowa children face hunger and 37% of Iowa households do not make enough to cover basic needs.  I am passionate about this vital work and helping those in need in our communities.  We'd love to have your organization come and tour and/or volunteer with us.  

I’m very proud to say I was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. As an East-Sider and an Iowa native, it’s a joy to do what I can to serve any and all people across the state, especially in the heart of Des Moines. No matter where you go, there’s just no place like Iowa! I started at Copy Systems as a service technician after college. Eventually I moved on to working as the warehouse manager and now I get the privilege to serve as a customer representative. Whether it’s working on equipment we service, doing behind the scenes work in the back, or in front of each customer finding a solution, every role at Copy Systems has been a blessing. I look forward to doing whatever I can to serve the Urbandale community best.

Mark has owned and operated his State Farm Agency in Urbandale since 1985 and moved into his current office location at 6773 Hickman Rd in November, 2009. Shortly after starting his State Farm career, Mark joined the Urbandale Chamber and has been a member ever since. Mark has been involved in the chamber in many capacities and has served on the Board of Directors, has been the Chair of the Connector committee during two different tenures as well as serving on the government affairs committee, the communications committee and the advocacy committee. Mark has been named the Connector of the month numerous times, Mark Courter Insurance was the 2005 Urbandale Chamber Business of the Year, in 2008 Mark was honored as the Urbandale Citizen of the Year and was named the best insurance agent in the Des Moines area for 2018 by Cityview and has been one of the top three agents in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Rachel grew up in Fort Dodge, Iowa and has always enjoyed helping and leading others. Rachel attained her bachelor’s degree from Buena Vista University in Business Management/Entrepreneurship in 2003 and became a Certified Senior Advisor® in 2019. She first honed her leadership skills in retail management and working in the non-profit sector. 

Outside of work, Rachel has always been involved in many community organizations volunteering and assisting on a leadership level. She landed in the healthcare industry four years ago and has greatly enjoyed her time working with seniors. As a Certified Senior Advisor®, Rachel can assist seniors with planning for their healthcare needs, socioeconomic supports, and organization for end-of-life care.

I have found that my superpower is problem-solving. my passion for it led me to explore different industries and environments. I found myself drawn to roles that allowed me to apply my skills and make a meaningful impact. From production, supervisory, management, director of operations, and being president of a non-profit organization, I embraced every opportunity of these roles to solve complex problems and contribute to the growth of organizations. Just as I learned in my younger years, in order to win the race, you must lead it first. With my vast and varied experiences of leading people, I felt called to give back. I received my certifications in coaching, mentoring, and leadership. Furthermore, became a certified training within industry instructor (TWI). It was exceptionally hard to leave the corporate world. Jayden has been serving as a financial advisor for 6+ years leading families across the Midwest to grow and protect what they treasure most. He went to the University of Northern Iowa double majoring in Finance and Real Estate with an emphasis in Personal Wealth Management. He graduated and went on to build his practice through Northwestern Mutual for five years obtaining the CFP and RICP designations in order to serve his clients at higher level. In order to expand the scope of work he provides and allow true fiduciary guidance, he took his practice independent with RockWay Wealth Partners. He is excited to continue to grow his impact on the businesses and families in the community. Hi, I’m Michael Fitzwater, owner of Mfitz Services LLC. I started this business to offer honest, reliable junk removal and cleanup services to the community I call home. Before Mfitz Services, I managed delivery operations, trained commercial drivers, and earned an associate-equivalent degree from the University of Toyota. I also served as a volunteer firefighter in Lebanon, Oregon—an experience that taught me teamwork, pressure management, and community service. Outside of work, I’ve volunteered over 200 hours at SafeHaven Humane Society, helping animals and giving back to a cause I care about deeply. That same commitment drives how I serve customers today. Since 2004, Tiffany Menke, IOM, has been the President of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce. She has served on the boards of and is a Past President/Past Chair of ICCE, CITR, and IMA.  She currently represents Iowa on the MACE Board of Directors and serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Council through the Greater Des Moines Partnership as well as participates in a pilot program through the Evelyn K Davis center to mentor exoffenders.

In 2017, Tiffany was honored as a Woman of Influence through the Des Moines Business Record. Other honors include 40 under 40, and Ovation award from the Iowa Women's Foundation. She grew up in Newton and went on to Grand View University in Des Moines where she earned a degree in Mass Communications, Journalism and a minor in Photography.
