MOXIE (Member Owners eXchange Information & Experience) is a group of member business owners who meet monthly with ActionCoach, Greg Thompson, to discuss issues impacting their businesses. This is exclusive to Business Owners only and is specifically designed for businesses generating up to $100K net revenue annually.
This month's topic is stress management. (Who doesn't have a little stress in their lives!). Spend 30-minutes of the session learning different stress management techniques from Jon Schultz, owner of Optimum Performance Physical Therapy.
