Join us for our final session in our #adulting series on Life is a Balancing Act: How to Find Your Ground presented by LaTonya Shook (Owner, The Zone of Comfort) and Ryan Lynch (House Selling Specialist).
Are you winning at the game of life? What does winning even mean to you? What happens after you win? Ryan Lynch looks at life with a different view than most and has been working on designing the life that means the most to him. He will talk about what the process was that got him there and how you can apply it to design the life that you want.
LaTonya will focus on the balance of mind and body, what stress does to your body and how to deescalate it.
